Coordinating Move-in and Occupancy.
Especially for larger projects, if advisable, we will recommend an independent move coordinator. However, we will closely coordinate data-telecommunications installation with the contractor’s progress in the field.

Final Completion and Project Close-out.
The General Contractor and subcontractors will be required to create their own punch list, with additional comments from the architect, engineer and FetchStone. FetchStone will then oversee the process of truly completing the project within the specified time frame.
