Michael Fletcher, CEO

Michael Fletcher has spent over 28 years gaining exceptional experience and expertise in land acquisition and entitlement, the design and construction of new projects, as well as adaptive reuse and repositioning of existing real estate assets. As the guiding hand at the helm of FetchStone, Michael views every project from an Owner’s perspective. His overriding goal is always to keep things on a steady course.

From 2.5 million square feet of historic preservation projects to neighborhood retail to a 200-room hotel/conference center to a wide variety of office and industrial projects ranging in size from 60,000 square feet to 1.4 million square feet, Fletcher has overseen projects in Houston, Miami, Cleveland, Chicago and virtually every primary and secondary market between those geographic extremes.

His client list is as extensive and varied as his experience, with every entity from municipalities and universities to myriad high-profile companies on the manifest. Michael graduated from the United States Military Academy with a BS in Civil Engineering and Stanford University with a Masters in Construction Management, and he has worked for some of the most prestigious names in the industry including Hines, Crescent Resources and LNR.
