Contract Negotiations.
With the assistance of Owner’s counsel, we take the lead in negotiating contracts and purchase orders with the Architect, General Contractor, sub-consultants and vendors using our proprietary Owner-oriented contracts.

Design Coordination & Supervision.
We chair regular (typically weekly) meetings to review designs, facilitate information, keep things on an even keel, and conduct evaluations. All hands are invited to make sure we’re all on board with budget and schedule.
