Our Values

Owner Orientation. Contractors, architectural firms and brokerage houses by definition view projects from their unique perspective. We always seek to protect the Owner’s long-term interests. Our fiduciary responsibility is to the Owner alone.

Integrity. It’s not only the cornerstone of our relationship with our clients, but all of those with whom we do business. We will deliver on our promises and we will always be totally honest in all of our dealings. We will always endeavor to do the Right Thing.

Teamwork. We are adept at harnessing the unique and disparate talents of architects, planners, engineers and contractors, and directing them for the Owner’s benefit. Constructive Conflict will and should occur during the course of a project. We are experts at fostering the exchange of ideas without allowing the ship to veer off course. Properly managed, this atmosphere results in a better product for the Owner.

Alignment of Interests. Through the culture of teamwork that we seek to establish on all of our projects, coupled with contractual incentives to key stakeholders in the project—including our firm, we seek to achieve an alignment of interests in which everyone wins when the Owner achives his goals.

Giving Back. First and foremost, we want our projects to have a positive effect on the community in which they are delivered. We want them to be sustainable and environmentally sensitive consistent with the desires of the Owner. And perhaps more tangibly, we intend for a considerable portion of our practice to be for the benefit of charitable/non-profit organizations at a considerably reduced and in some instances totally eliminated—fee.
